long time no message i know but i was to busy. its a lame excuse....i know.

the last races have been good i had 2 top 20 in kitz and schladming and especially schladming was good to me in the first run with beeing 14th starting 55. also kitz was ok where i ended up 17th starting 59. it gives me a lot of confidence to see that i still can compete on a high level despite my almost 36 years. there is just one more race left before the world championships in val d isere and i am really looking forward to that race in garmisch . i had some good training  today and i am ready for another improvement.

after the race in garmisch i will have one week off and than head to val d isere for the worldchampionships.i am really looing forward to that race and i am sure i can do really well there. i am getting more and more used to my new fischer skis and that gives me more confidence too each run i take. so keep your fingers crossed for me
